To accommodate their love for cooking and entraining guests, the heart of the remodel was put into the kitchen. The layout was developed around preexisting plumbing and electrical outlets. Standard size cabinets fit beautifully in with the new energy efficient appliances. While the front of the kitchen was designed to serve food and entertainment, the back portion incorporates a laundry and pet station.
Purchasing their first house, these newly weds dreamt of creating a striking, functional and economic home to begin their lives together in. Working with limited space, bedrooms were designed to serve duel purposes in order to maximize utility and incorporate their individual hobbies. Bringing life and warmth to each room, beautiful inherited mid-century modern furniture were placed throughout the house.
